My choc delight pudding is much darker, was going to photo, but DS eaten last two in fridge!!!

Made Foccacia to go with new recipe in recipe challenge.

Recipe for braised beef now posted in non   *: section.

Made Foccacia from UK book, like EDC but  385 g water. Put sliced cooked onions and coriander on.

Before oven

After baking

Olives at one end for DH.

Took longer to get off tray than make. Need new tin.

Could you do it like a roll DJ? This is the way Cookie does it: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2191.0
And then you could just add blueberries :D

I whipped up a version of the beetroot salad from the EDC for lunch using golden beetroots and heirloom carrots.

The ingredients for Turkish Delight Ice Cream are in the Thermomix now (recipe is from Alyce Alexandra's book, Quick Fix in the Thermomix).  I've never made icecream before so I am excited to see how it turns out.

I am also toying with making some Goat's Cheese this afternoon (another recipe from Alyce's book). I currently spend a small fortune buying Meredith Farm Goat's Cheese so if I can make one that tastes half as good I'll be very happy.  Has anyone had any success making Goat's Cheese before?
