Made a big batch of dog food for the puppy. Then made some meals for the freezer for when I am away. I like knowing that DH and boys will be eating well. I have made Thai Chicken meatballs, lamb meatballs with mint and rosemary, Dukkah crumbed chicken breasts, spicy Spanish coated chicken breasts and 3 batches of strawberry lemonade concentrate.

Phew, thank heavens for 2 jugs.

Do you think I will get to Albany in ti e for dinner if I jump in the car now Amy?   ;)

Sounds yummy.  :D

Moptop you have just done what I will be doing next week as I am going away 2 days after DH gets back.
I always like to have meals in the freezer for when I am away. Not much room in my freezer at the moment but DH said I should buy another so that's on the agenda for next week too.  :)

Lucky dinner guest Amy  ;D

Very productive Moptop, every body will be well fed whilst your away

I made some sausage rolls which I was going to put the remaining few in the freezer but DH took them to cricket  :-)) and made some fruit buns for DS he really enjoyed them but I wasn't really happy how they turned out might have to find a different recipe I think, EDC recipes are a bit hit and miss I have found  :-))

Feeling like risotto atm so may just make some for my dinner, kids still undecided xx

Karen - I thought you were supposed to be spending this weekend writing reports and getting work done.
Sounds like you're having fun, to me!!   :D :D

:-)) :-)) That is what I was supposed to be doing Amanda, and that is what I am doing tonight - but I just couldn't let all those lemons and eggs that you gave me go to waste - and of course after making the lemon curd, I couldnt waste all those egg whites either  :D :D

Wow Robyn.  That's quite a list.  And Karen,  I am envious of the lemon curd and the pavlova.   :(  I'm allergic to eggs so have to give that a miss.
TC has had a rest today.  I have started a batch of Ginger Beer (about to put it into bottles) and made pumpkin and leek with smoked turkey soup in my 5 in 1.  TC doesn't like the bones in the Turkey drumsticks and the 5 in 1 does a perfect job every time.
