Wonder I cut the hock into 2 parts & cooked, i then shreded, well it fell off the bone. I have now put the smoked hock in as I have heaps of sauce left, so will be interested to see how that turns out.

Not bad as when I first saw the bone I thought I woud end up binnng it :)

JD, sent dh a photo & was told in no uncertain terms not to eat it, lol. Have been good & havent.

Have done the smoked one too, now so a full meal for the 3 of us with left overs.

Decisions, tacos or pork, i think its tacos or I will keep putting them off.

Great rolls Uni. Is that recipe on here somewhere?
Made a new banana bread and put in wrong sized loaf tin. Had mixture oozing into oven everywhere! Tastes ok but bit too sweet for me.
Go the tacos H :)

Lovely rolls Uni?

Yummy bikkies Amy.

Great pork.

Also made shepherds pie and scotch broth with leftover roast lamb from Sunday.

Making Christmas plum pudding today. A whopping 12 cup one, so 6hrs of steaming (and the tinkling of coins in the pot) for me today.

I would put the pork in the taco shells Hally! From memory I think you just have the seasoning and sauces to use up so that wont help you.

We had tacos last night, i have now discovered you can buy just the shells :)

DH has taken a heap of the pork for lunch :o. Good idea, i am going to buy a couple of pkts of shells. It might be nice in pita bread or flat breads too. Going to freeze the rest today for friday nights quick dinner, thanks for the dea wonder :)
