What Christmas pudding recipe did you use?

Not cooking anything today, can't really be bothered so have been sitting out in the sun whilst Lily plays and the painter can finish painting my laundry

I made Johnros gourmet beef and put it in a pie, I cooked beef a couple of weeks ago and it was shocking, not tender at all, and I realised after lots of reading through recipes on this forum that I should use blade or a cheaper cut of meat.
Grumpy didn't complain, which in itself is a miracle, however I was very impressed, I did let it marinate for the hour before I cooked it.
Great recipe, thanxs to those who do contribute recipes as this is the way we all learn by hints from others.
 :) :)

Mums/nan's recipe that she has been cooking for years and is very simple but delish. Want to try a fancy pudding one year but mum won't let me!

Brazen's Cranberry maple breakfast scones and white choc chip sesame and sunflower biscuits from a packet of gourmet mix I bought so I could deconstruct them and figure the recipe out.

Are you allowed to share the recipe or is it a family secret?

Please can you share the sour cream rolls Uni?

Braised beef is all I made today. Will make dumplings and have again tomorrow to use it all up.
