Not cooking today but just want to brag about a soon to be new member Jan. when Jan is not so busy she will be joining us a a new member with a spanking new Thermothingy  gifted to her from her winderful 4 kids for Jan's recent birthday .

Jan is a close neighbour and friend. This is her very first effort never having had a demo . Isi's easy Portuguese roll recipe as a pull apart bacon and cheese loaf.

Goodonya Jan.

White chocolate and macadamia biscuits just made here today. So, so moorish and something I have been meaning to get around to for ages.

It is cold wet and stormy so I have just put heaps of veggies some lentils can of coconut milk with curry leaves and TM Garam masala for a healthy curry in my slow cooker, it will be ready when I get home from work tonight.
I just can't believe it is so cold and over East there is a heat wave and SA is on sever bushfire alert. What an amazing country we live in.

It's hot here with 38 forecast so not much cooking. Just pasta and boiled some eggs for salads.

Some bran muffins (will post the recipe if there isn't already one) as they were very nice.

And Umami paste. turned out a little runnier than usual.
