birthday BBQ tomorrow, so today making cheesy garlic bread, a cream cheese dip, jelly slice (from on here - never heard of before, not a kiwi classic, but sounds great to me).  Then we will see...still trying to think up a menu.  :-))

Will do bread & other nibbles tomorrow.

LOL Hally ;D

At some stage I will have to make more fudge (by request) so that might be today. Otherwise there probably won't be much cooking :)

I have just done cooking with 3 small humans who thought it would be fun...

We have 2 batches of bread dough rising, (which some will be put into butterfly silicone moulds for buns)
Made Amanda's Fudge Brownies and
Nuts & Bolts. (Triple recipe.  :-)) )

Yum, the fudge brownie looks great - just sitting down with a cuppa, and that would go down nicely!  ;)

I've done the jelly slice, cheesy garlic bread and some popcorn slice - all in the fridge for now.  Note to self though - don't use the expanding cake tins for the jelly slice!  I am going to have to do a bit of cleaning in the fridge later.  Some of the jelly went over the top of the baking paper I'd put in, down under the slice and out the join.  Sticky sticky mess.  The jelly was pretty cool/sticky though so hopefully not too much ran out.

About to make a chocolate cake - DS wants to do cupcakes, but it's MY birthday, darnit!!  But it looks like ILBs choc cake recipe is fairly big, so maybe I can make a small/med cake and then a few cupcakes with the rest...
