Drove home from Melbourne today - empty fridge, so some emergency cooking happening.  I had heated up a batch of milk to make yoghurt overnight, and it was sitting on the bench to cool.  Started making some oven baked wedges to go with frozen fish for dinner, and turned around to find DS 3 years old shaking the chicken salt into my yoghurt mix  :o :o :o

Any suggestions for how to salvage 1 litre of milk with about 2 tablespoons of chicken salt in it???

use it instead of water when making bread
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

It's hot here at the moment, so I've made smoothies and the banana nut icecream. The kids didn't like the icecream as they don't like bananas, but I thought it was yummy. I've frozen more bananas so I can make it again. :)
For dinner, I made pesto and we had it with pasta.
