Drove home from Melbourne today - empty fridge, so some emergency cooking happening. I had heated up a batch of milk to make yoghurt overnight, and it was sitting on the bench to cool. Started making some oven baked wedges to go with frozen fish for dinner, and turned around to find DS 3 years old shaking the chicken salt into my yoghurt mix Any suggestions for how to salvage 1 litre of milk with about 2 tablespoons of chicken salt in it???
