Oh I wish I was the VIP perhaps one day I will make it down to the big smoke.

Mostly I am Uni. But I think I put too much yeast in. The flavour is very strong, even vegemite doesn't cut through it :o ;D

Which recipe did you use for the woven loaf cookie? Looks awesome!
Not much today, too hot and freezer too full 😄. I did manage to make some granola from QFITT, and Kimmy's jelly whip which will hopefully set in time for dessert.

I made butter for the first time last night.  I can't believe how easy it was. I was in the shop to buy butte when I noticed that they had 600ml of cream that went out of date in a day for 28 cents so I thought why not.

My goodness dash :o i always grab as much cheap cream as I can & make butter & chicken dishes with cream and freeze. Then  of course you have the buttermilk too, a nice freebie :)

Today I have  made a new sticky marinade for pork ribs & also 2 lots of pesto to take with us. Will do the pork one day this  week & if good will post. There wont be a photo as it will be cooked on the bbq in the resorts pool area & my family  think I am mad enough without our friends (who are coming with us) thinking so, plus all the other people around the  bbq.

Started off making just enough for me (cut down the recipe to 1/3) and it just wouldn't work out. So I binned that lot and had to make the full recipe. Anyone know how long spaghetti pasta can dry like this for before being used?
