Everything looks so yummy.  Mmmmmm.
I need to make bread tomorrow,  DGS was not able to have his toasted cheese sandwich today.   :-))

I made some "Dough babies" from Chocolate Covered Katie's blog.   http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/
DH has given them a big thumbs up, and soo easy.

Uni, You have been very busy, and  Your pics are fantastic.  That is something I really have to work on. ;D

The dough babies are great.
They have no added cane sugar, no eggs, no milk, no butter, no bake,  and high in fibre.
I use an allergy free, sugar free dark chocolate in some.  Yumm.
The recipes are infinitely adaptable, based on dates or raisins for the bulk and whatever nuts and flavours you prefer.
Everything into thermie and mix on around speed 6 for  About 1 -> 1 1/2 minutes.

So far Che is a bit hesitant as he is not keen on nuts but I will work on a nut free version for him.

Today I finished off some sourdough bagels I started late yesterday, made a batch of No fuss rolls, steamed some rice and made a tuna/pineapple casserole from MJs blog.

JD,  Your bagels look delicious.  and all the rolls are very cute.  Well done.

I am making bread.  So far I have managed to put double yeast in one batch and none in another.   :(
That's what you get when trying to bake and teach at the same time.  LOL.
I am yet to see what the result will be like.  I added yeast and re-kneaded the flat bread.
The very active bread is baking and trying to lift the weighted lid of the pan.

To try to do something right I am now also making some of Isi's Rolls.  Have never had a fail with them.

:oI am amazed.  All turned out well.  The rye bread is a bit lumpy on top but all look and taste fine.  Phew.
I didn't want to have to do it all again tomorrow. :-\
