I have some fruit leather and kale  chips dehydrating.... Just getting something out of the freezer for dinner as I can barely move with a sore back.

I'm cooking my zucchini quiches recipe at the moment, with a few modifications due to missing ingredients ;)
I need to cook some more chicken and rice for Paddy later too :)

I made some salmon and zucchini muffins from a recipe in Runner's World magazine.  I want to tweak the recipe a bit before I post it.

I'm looking forward to the recipe Den, it sounds like something I would make :D

Today I've made a huge batch of bolognese in my new PC, a little too much liquid for my taste so reduced it on the stove top as well - yum! Also have a double batch of butter chicken in thermie right now to take away with us for Easter weekend. DD7 has requested some for her dinner because it smells so good. Might make some of JulieO's spiced nuts tonight to take on our trip as well.

Not a lot of cooking going on here either, other than meals. I have some bread rising at the moment.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Pumpkins very cheap at Coles yesterday so making loads of pumpkin purée ready to freeze.  Thinking it will be handy to just add stock etc to for soups.

I bought too many veggies at the market and forgot we are going away tomorrow until Monday so I am going to make a few vegetarian dishes for the freezer but no idea what as yet.

JulieO's spiced nuts & a chickpea curry in the PC to take on our Easter trip, and I've just finished a batch of Chelsea 's beef stroganoff for the freezer. Now the challenge is finding room in the freezer for everything! Might make some Anzac biscuits later.
