A fruit mince tart ('cos my Grandma likes it and at 91 - who cares what time of year you eat it!!), beef cheese and bacon pies, jelly slice, dip, baked olives, choc cheesecake, 3 batches hot X buns, and something else I've forgotten.
All to take away for Easter.
Oh and 2 horse feeds, but I don't have to cook that - just put it in a bucket  :)

after my apple purée I did a batch of raspberry and white choc chip muffins, some raspberry jam and 2 batches of zucchini muffins in my rose moulds. They looked cool, but camera had flat battery so no photos this time.  :-\

Snap astarra :( There must be a camera battery plague.... or maybe we just take too many photos ;D
You'll just have to make the muffins again soon so you can get a photo ;)

I made EmeraldSue's chocolate raspberry brownies, except I used chopped up easter eggs instead of raspberries :D

I made these Banana Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal Singlesto have as breakfast the other day, and they were really nice. Quite moist at first, but after they cooled down they firmed up a bit. VERY filling, too.

And I also made the EDC sponge cake with success yesterday. The catch is that I made it in my bench mixer using the whisk attachment (and the paddle attachment for folding the flour in).

They both look delicious. I made nothing again as I have been going out far too much. Hopefully over Easter I can catch up.

DD & I made anzac biscuits before school today to take away with us for the long weekend. I need to make a couple of dips tonight, will make Cookie's beetroot cashew & parmesan dip and probably a basil & rocket pesto as well. Made tonight's dinner yesterday...
Then - no cooking over the Easter weekend! (other than some rice and re-heating curries). Looking forward to somebody else cooking for a change!
