Today made, Isi's light coffee custard, brownies, mini pastry cases , boiled eggs and about to make TTenina's Smoked Chicken Pâté.

Followed by chocolate substitute (tastes like a golden rough remember those?)

Lastly Cobb loaf, made into 4 individual Cobb loaves to have with seafood mornay tonight - on their final rise as I type

SUPER excited because I used my ice cream machine today to make proper ice cream for the first time!!!!!!

Amy, ice cream machines are the best.

DJ The bread looks fantastic.

Nothing much here, I wonder why :o. Made 2 batches of cookies on thursday, cousins just keep eating them, there hands are always in the cookie jar, so no more until they have left.

I've made some sweets instead of an Easter egg for family

salted caramel fudge



Sugared almonds



And cookies & cream fudge



Will do some baking as the day progresses.

Amy, I can see you will be making buckets loads of icecream now  :D ;D  I have to admit I don't make much chocolate icecream as the dog can't have any of it.  She loooooves ice cream  ;D
