not sure how to link from tap a talk but it's in main meals I use 1kg chicken breast diced and not the whole amount of wine  there is a lot of sauce but very yummy and freezes well

Cant use oven, but can use TM :)

An absolutely amazing woman!!  I think Amazon might have some - but have even seen them (many years ago now) in David Jones, etc.

sour Dough,  made double batch , in 2 bowls.  baked together in one large dish with glass lid.   Also 3 bread sticks.

Just cooking a Tuscan beef stew from NZ slow cooker book.
It smells delish and going in freezer when cool.
A happy day alone at home cooking. 
Making chookies Norwegian fish cakes for tomorrow and a lamb tagine with 7 veg couscous for dinner tonight.  :D
