Made up chicken and veggie pies for DD while we are away and the last of the chocolate mud cakes for DD's boyfriends 18th cake DD and I will decorate when I'm home next week.

Lit the woodfired pizza oven and did a lamb roast.  Had the Swedish Icecream cheese cake for dessert.

Nothing really since Tuesday.  I am still using up left overs from the weekend. I might try out a biscuit recipe I've been wanting to do for a while.

Made a quiche crust using home made butter.
Rice pudding MWOC

Once oven man has been plan to make a fair few things. I ahve chicken breasts, 1kg beef mince, 500g pork & lamb mince defrsting.

I only have 2 freezer neals left :o :o :o

I do have lots of odds & ends, turkish rolls, pies, quiches etc
