We have been a little house bound today because of the weather or dashing from one van to another. DH is now making himself some rice pudding.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Made ricotta for tonight's bounty day pie and raw macadamia lime cheesecake for Mother's Day lunch.  Can't wait to taste cheesecake as bowl lickings were delicious ;)

Here's the triple cream Brie I made from last weekend

.....2-4 weeks before its ready, that is as long as its covered in the good white mould, and not pink or black mould...that would mean the chooks get it!

And quark

....which was so simple....adding 10 grains of starter to this long life milk

...keep warm overnight, and there it is.
unfortunately I dropped the plate just after I took the photo, so I didn't get to use it  :-))
.........EAT CAKE!

Oh no mAddy how awful.
Brie looks great.

I made two lots of bread, white and a malted granary type.
Brownies for picnic tomorrow.
MJs pizza sauce and Jamberies pizza dough for pizzas for tonight.

Here is white bread sour cream dough posted by JulieO in my new 2lb tin.
