Just made a batch of Shepherd's Pie Potatoes, a recipe I tweaked from the latest Legacy News which my Mum receives. She'll get a shock when I walk in with some for her today  ;D

Judy - they look wonderful!  Can I ask you to post the recipe please?  I think my boys will like these ......

Today we are cooking pumpkin soup, cheese and herb scones, golden syrup cake (both recipes from buster man), and a batch of chookies vanilla ice-cream.

Going to be out all day with kids sport, driving DD to an from work and picking up some new makeup before a work trip this week I won't get any cooking done today. We are having roast lamb for tea so will need to get the cheese sauce done at some stage but that's about it.
