I cooked the meat part of Judy's Shepherds Pie Potatoes today.I'm out all day tomorrow and will finish off the rest of the recipe when I get back home. :)
Steamed some veg to accompany our leftovers that we had for supper.

Uni,  what will you do with the polenta?
Made ' nutty Cookies' from new book ',  Honestly Healthy'.  Had to fiddle with recipe to get it to work.  ( no,  not our Cookie ). Wasn't going to post recipe but they are absolutely delicious, so will post.
