Today made Meat balls in tom sauce,  a Pipe loaf and some fancy loaves with tins that I used for the first time.  Used the No Fuss recipe. Delighted that they didn't stick.  Also making SD bread but it is doing a go slow.  Toasted some Banana bread that I found in the Freezer.  Wish i could remember what recipe I used as it was delicious.  Had a Hot X Bun out of Freezer,  for breakfast.
Love the photos of all the food.  Cookie that loaf of bread is perfect,  just look at the air holes. Smash cakes,  no thank you. For dinner, Pizza out of freezer, warming in toaster bags.

I came across my fancy tins this week whilst sorting out my cupboards Chookie, haven't used mine yet either. So 1 batch of no fuss dough made a pipe loaf and 1 fancy thingy - that's handy to know as 3 fancy ones would be too many for me. Did you spray the tin with canola spray?

I am making the EVOO Lemon tar from Tenina,FFS, for the second time. Took your advice cookie and used the lemon olive oil. It is so delicious, seems to give an extra lemon kick after you have swallowed. Highly reccomend.

Judy,  1 batch of No Fuss makes 3 tins.   ! batch of No Fuss makes 1 pipe loaf.   So that is 2 lots of No Fuss to make 4 loaves.  I have frozen the 3 fancy ones as it is DH birthday in a couple of weeks and we are having visitors for lunch.  I am going to make canapes of smoked salmon , creme fraiche and dill on small toasts.  Thought they would look pretty.
I used Canola spray and they just slid out.  I will be using them often.
You could make 1 fancy small loaf and the rest of the dough could be used for rolls.
The SD loaf took 10 hours to rise but ended up OK.

That looks so good Uni. I've tried this recipe a number of times and it never comes out with the nice custardy base. Maybe it's time to try it again.

Wonder its not a forum recipe . let me know if you would like me to post it ,maybe this one will work for you
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Made drop scones as sister texted and said was calling in on journey.
Made scones, then she texted to say miscalculated journey...
So scones now eaten.
Good job I had a visitor  ;D and then DH came home and polished them off.

Just had my first attempt at making Macaroons. The mixture was a little too thick I think. They are not perfect but not a failure.
Next time should be better. :)

Next time I can tweak them a little to make them better. And will attempt a flavor or two. :)
