Lemon cordial, miso soup with vegetables and dumplings and American date and walnut nut loaf. I'm using pecans instead.

They went well Cookie and because of the cold weather and me being in a hurry, I did the raising of the no-fuss dough in the oven with boiling water as Cookie did for the Vienna loaf - no way would it have risen within the hour twice otherwise.  The 3 shapes are now in the freezer for part of afternoon tea for Geoff's birthday on Saturday and I'll slice and dry them out in the oven tomorrow to accompany the dips I'll be making.  Only one leaked dough, must have not divided it equally but they were delicious, crunch little morsels and I cut off one end to have a couple of slices with my soup - perfect.

I have also made a batch of lamingtons, dipped the cake whilst frozen - made it so much easier but still not something I enjoy making  :-))

Good work Judy.  One of mine leaked out also,  like you I had to cut it off and taste it.   ;D. We have non stop visitors for the next ten days.  Cooking,  corned beef, foregolata biscuits, chicken pies, mustard sauce, Persian fruit salad, wheat biscuits.  I have isi's coffee creams , ES's walnut biscuits and lots of bread sticks in the freezer.  All or part made in the TMX

Lovely loaves Judy. I love my tins like that, thanks to Mich. I often make crisp read for dips etc with them.

Chookie you have been busy.

I'm making bread today, hopefully cooking quinces in Marsala and a sweet potato soup. I must finish the ironing first though, before I am allowed to cook.

It was astarra who started the ball rolling with these cute shaped tins.

Last time I looked for a set they didn't have them in the 3 pack anymore, only individually and only 2 of the shapes.  :(
tho that was a month or so ago, might be different now.  ;)
