A stockpile of porridge for DD and I for the next two days as I have to be at work early.
And a whole orange cake to take to work tomorrow.  Debating whether to ice it, probably not as it's easier to transport unadorned.  :)

Orange cake looks good. Which recipe is that, sue?

It's this one, BZB, Whole Orange Cake

It's really quick and easy and always turns out well. You'd never guess that there is indeed a whole orange, skin and all, in there!  :D

I've had a busy few days feeding my sister's family - sis, BIL, and nephew came to stay here, and niece stayed with her team while competing in the Rippa Rugby Champs (she's 11, and it's the big national rugby finals for her age group).

So we've gone through several batches of bread, banana muffins, half a cake, mini donuts, and many at-home meals.  And now I need to bake some more!  Something with lemon, I think - I have an excess too.  Plus making tortillas for dinner tonight.
