Thanks Gert.  Here's my next cheap dish.  I bought 4 leeks for 99 cents the other day and have just used some of them to make creamy leeks.  I've some frozen cooked chicken so will add that down the track and top it with mashed potato.  In the meantime it will go in the freezer until I'm ready for it.  This could be used as a side with other vegies, easy enough to double.  Recipe to follow.

Looks delicious Kimmyh.A confession though I had to look up "Biscotten Torte"  :-)) :-)) when you posted yesterday that you were making one for your Dad's birthday.I then realized I have made a similar recipe using Chocolate Biscuits made into a roll. ;D
