Love it Uni!  ;D

Cooking today....2 batches of brownie which I have cut into triangles, cut icecream into slightly smaller triangles to stack onto the brownie and now have some raspberry coulis cooking to drizzle over the stack.  :)
Also have made a creamy mushroom sauce which is going to be eaten in yorkshire puddings (Yum!) - still have to make the yorkies tho.  :)

Yum chookie, those biscuits look delicious. :)

Astarra, I'm drooling reading about your cooking. :D  The brownies, iceream & coulis sound delicious and I love yorkies but haven't made them for quite  while.

"Baked" a giant nutcracker cupcake
Ingredients:
Expanding foam, plaster & buckets of glitter





Kids were disappointed they couldn't eat it, and I had to stop my Dad from putting his finger in the "icing" to taste it (yes, my Father does that & it drives me nuts!!!)

Maddy I think that's the first thing I've ever seen you make that you can't eat!

'Not long home from the market, on a stunning day in Eumundi. I've bought some lavender honey, limes and lemons, and 1.5 kg of strawberries. Bernie (the thermie) is gonna be busy this afternoon!

There'll be bread, jam, and a 3 citrus curd.  ;D

Wow girls. I wish I could just stay home all week and cook! Chookie I could do with that rice and quinoa / salmon recipe. My kids love smoked salmon.

DH went to the markets before going to work. So the kids and I had prawn and green Mango salad.
