The lemon and carrot marmalade with added Grand Marnier was so nice I am making another batch.  We taste tested it for breakfast.  I have also cooked some small Quinoa  and rice Cakes , to top  with smoked salmon , sour cream , capers and Dill. These are so easy and a great foil for any topping.  Will try and find time to post.  Must make biscuits also today.
Go for it all the mums who are cooking for their school kids.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Very pleased with myself, made a qucihe out of left overs/freezer items. Pastry I made ages ago in freezer, caramelised onions in freezer.  Ends of cheeses blitzed up The only food that was "new" was the eggs. Its is one of thebvest quiches I have made, i,think the variety of cheeses might help with the caramelised onions. Having at least 1 serve for lunch :)

Yes DH did it yesterday.  I could cook 8 at a time, so not to bad, would have been better if the a/c hadn't died on the weekend.
