Great muffins Maddy. Today I finished off my Christmas hampers. I also made mini quiches for kinder Xmas supper and a sweet potato, feta and basil quiche.

Today I will be cooking but haven't decided what yet.....something to use up 5L of cream I got for $4.50 and also something with 10kg of cooking bananas I got for $5......... ???  :)

Kimmy all the goodies look great, I would love to know what they all are.

Astarra that's a lot of bannanas and cream. I take the skins off the bananas and chop and freeze flat on trays before putting in zip lock or vacuum sealer bags, all ready for smoothies and banana cake.

Astarra, I freeze bananas all the time.. :) Great for cakes and smoothies

same here, i freeze them for baking 2 you can also freeze the  cream or make a couple batches of panna cotta they freeze well 2

 I'm   done cooking for the day  ;D

Djinni, it is mainly eaten with meats, but I love it in a cheese and chutney sandwich.

Ooops, don't know what happened there. :)

Kimmy, your goodies look lovely.  I have never made hampers as none of my friends are big on cooking.  They do like whatever I give them to sample tho. ;)

Maddy, your choc chip muffines look delicious.
