Cooking some potato and leek soup for lunch, just for me.  Perfect weather for it, overcast and drizzling.

I made some mayonnaise earlier this morning and have just completed some Power Balls from Tenina.com
I didn't roll them in coconut as DH doesn't like coconut.

Thank you for your comments ladies.
The recipients were DS5's two kinder teachers, a girlfriend who had a birthday this week (and interestingly won't let her children put up the Xmas tree until after her birthday) my sister and the lovely people who gives us our puppy for free. Mum got to taste some leftovers and couldn't stop raving...... Guess I should make her one next year 😉

At least you might have a real tree. DJ. You could always decorate an outside bush or tree.

Would your birthday be next Wednesday by any chance?

We have a few December birthdays, some regulars and some who don't post much.  Those who have given me their dates know it will not be missed and if anyone else wants a mention, please do drop me a line and get your name put into my little book  :)  I've decided to only post birthday messages to regular posters as there is no point if people are not going to see their messages.  I hope everyone agrees with that?
