Great cake and trifle cookie and Richard.

Made another loaf today.
No pic, it as good as all the other pics on Uni's quick roll thread.

Beef sarnie for lunch. DD made pasta carbonara for tea the traditional way, yummy.

Just made the fruit and nut tiffin from the I Love Chocolate, I Love TMX book.  OMG absolutely gorgeous  ;D ;D

And without washing out the TMX I made another batch of the jersey caramels.  Double yum.

Fish and Chips for Dinner tonight.  Will steam the chips in the varoma ,  cool them and then quickly shall fry.  Fish , will batter, recipe on here.  serve with salad and new light dressing. (Will post when I have a moment).  It is like the dressing used by KFC on their Cold Slaw,

Lucky me, I called into Katie's today to pick up some lovely raspberries Karen had sent down for us and there was enough of Richard's trifle left over for me to have a taste. Delicious is the only way to describe it.  Thanks Karen and thank you Katie & Richard, sampling at your place is always a bonus.
