Suzanne Chookie has a great recipe for Hot Cross Buns. http://achookwoman.blogspot.com.au/2010/03/hot-cross-buns.html

I often make them just as fruit buns.

Today's choc chip cookies.

Perfect biscuits Cookie.  My barrel is empty but with everyone meeting me at Morpeth these days there is no need to fill it at the moment otherwise I would have to eat them all myself.

I was feeling a bit sad today because I thought I hadn't used thermie today (still having newbie fever of using it non-stop) but then I remembered I ground coffee beans this morning, made a pre-Pilates energy shake, and "grated" all the veggies for my slow cooker Borscht all in the thermomix.  So now I don't feel so bad I cooked supper in the oven for the first time in a month!

Made this Lemon or Vanilla Iced Coconut Slice for GS lunch box.  Another conversion, recipe is in the cake section.

It's  hard to know what to give him as he doesn't like chocolate cake or anything with choc bits, nuts or fruit.  What child doesn't like chocolate cake  :-)) :-))  He does like anything with ginger in it tho.

I haven't asked him if he likes coconut so we will see how this one goes.

Well the cake wasn't a success.  GS now tells me he doesn't like coconut either. :(
