Gert,  you are a wonder.  Such intelligent imagination.  Go girl.

Not really chookie. I did see the Gorgonzola sauce on Poh's kitchen yesterday which reminded me how simple the sauce was to make. I used to make it often but it is so rich and fattening I had forgotten about it.  Delicious says DH can we have this more often?   Noooooooo.

Gert, your meals are amazing.

I made a lasagne for DS and family for their dinner tonight.  I knew they would be tired after their trip back from Sydney.

No idea what we are going to have tho. :D

Chookie it certainly does look lovely. I would love the recipe too if you are able to post it.

Gert you eat so well when you are in clean out mode. Great innovative cooking.

I think that you do more innovative when you know you have a limited number of things to cook with. It is so easy to cook up meat and three veg and leave the other stuff for another time and then you wind up having lots of "other stuff".

Gorgeous bread, Chookie.

Gert, you are amazing. It's fun to see what you whip up, and very interesting to learn what you keep in the freezer. Cream...never thought of that 😄

The giant Tim Tam cake that has been created over the last couple of days. It was inspired by Adriano Zumbo's one in Taste magazine. I altered things a lot. It is his biscuit base but my cake recipe and instead of mousse in the middle it is a thick chocolate custard. The icing is Maddy's Buttercream icing.

Cookie that looks very yummy.
Will post recipe , probably tomorrow, for the savory brioche as I tasted a little and it was delicious.  It as very easy to make although I am not good at the Swiss roll like rolling.  I am sure others will do a better job, and it would look better.

Chookie you sell yourself short.  It looks great and as good if not better as to what you'd see in shops, so please don't be so hard on yourself.  :D

Lovely cake Cookie.  Is if for a special occasion or you just wanted to have a 'go' at making one?  :D
