Bedlam, cooking for my friend who is in hospital.  She is having her other breast removed & then reconstruction.

Yummy bread Hally.  It is amazing how much you miss if you dont get on here for a day.  I have caught up know and realised what you were doing. A great help to your friend, she is lucky to have you.

Well I am completely exhausted but very happy,  my bread rolls are in the oven and my pumpkin soup in the thermi. So proud of myself.  I realize that I don't have the energy to do so much so well have to get Trevor to help.  My carer prepared the veggies. I love my thermi and this is only the 3rd day

Do you have a smart phone or and iPad penny? If so download the app Tapatalk  and you can easily upload photos to the forum. If not  and you take the pics with a camera you can download to your computer then upload from your photo software to the forum directly.

Let us know what you use and we can help more.

Hi gert, I have a smart phone and an android tablet.  I downloaded Tapatalk but cannot work out how to put up a photo

Ok Penny. I  know nothing about android  devices so I may be wrong. I use IDevices. Perhaps  someone can help here. I will tell you what. I do .

On my iPad I go to Tapatalk having joined this forum already.  I go to the thread I have participated in. I hit the little ...... Upper right hand corner which opens a window I type the text and note the little figure in the window which is a picture thingy. I tap on it which opens my photos automatically, tap a pic, choose medium  and then wait while  it loads .

Other way is to reply as normal on the forum. Then open Tapatalk go to  the thread and tap on your reply. A drop down menu will appear which says edit. Tap edit and do the same to add a pic.

Of course this is assuming you have the pic on your device. You could also tap the camera thingy, take the pic and add.

There is a thread for iPad tips and tricks so maybe the Android wizards could start an Android tips and tricks. If all fails ask someone at hand for advice.

Just a thought. If you downloaded the free app you may have to upgrade to the paid one to post. Not sure about that but in any case it is worth it as it is soooooooo easy.  Cookie learned pretty quick  as have others.

Whatever you do do not panic or think you are stupid.  You will get the hang of it with practice. Once you learn it you will be able to help others.

To the left of where you type a reply should be a + click on that and then up to the right of screen should be three little dots, click on that and select add picture. It should link to your gallery where you select your picture. Hope that helps.

Once you select the picture select add as image (up the top) instead of attachment.
