I was intrigued by the Scottish square slice sausage MF.  We tried the scottish potato scones last night and we loved them, They will become a regular here.
Making a banana cake to use up some very ripe bananas and maybe some ginger creams if I can find the recipe.  DH has requested those.

Glad you liked them Marie. I just posted the "square' sausage recipe in non TMX thread although this batch are more rectangle than square as I halved the recipe!

Made 2 batches of minestrone soup transferred it to a pot, made leek bacon and lentil soup, transferrd  to a pot to then made cheesey tuna strudels. They smell so good. Also made a batch of scottish square sausages and now need. To fill containers and freeze it all.

It's great to be back cooking again as I haven't done a great deal in the last 6 months just quick easy meals or we ate out.

I started some garlic confit but now I have to go out, so I am going to leave it soaking in the oil in the  *: until I get home. Extra flavour.  ;D

I hope to make an autumn cake today.  Made it a few years ago and have found the recipe again, it was nice, has sweet potato and zuchini in it. Will post if successful with thermi.
What disaster my autumn cake was today.  Will try again before I post!

It actually tastes good but collapsed and is very dense. It's more like a heavy pudding! I have had success before but not with Thermie.  Will try again.

CC, I decided I would try and contribute more to this forum and post some recipes so when I found this old favorite I thought it would be perfect. Think I over complicated trying to make thermie the star! My family have consumed 1/2 already.

I am sure it tasted lovely Denise but I know what you mean as I have made things that I wanted to post but somehow didn't taste as nice when cooked in Thermie. I guess its just finding time to do more practising with conversions.
