Nay Nay's Scones for morning tea and a tea cake for afternoon tea.  I'm just making sure the plumber is well fed. :D

Thanks CC, Judy, Obbie, Kimmy and Cookie 😘😘

Planning to make beef rendang for tomorrow's dinner. Prepped the paste yesterday.

Will decorate cake today. Creamy frosting and ganache. Trying not to be stressed. Just finished groceries. Sigh.

Those cakes look fantastic Astarra. Do you freeze them?

Lots of lovely blueberries there Astarra.

I have a strawberry cake in the oven. It's a new recipe so I hope it goes well.

Chicken and veggies baked in AF.  I freeze this in meals for my 2 days on 5.2.

This is also for freezing.  Love the giant Cous Cous.
I now have 6 weeks meals.

Yep, pop them (once cut) into a air tight container and freeze, nice and easy for serving then.  :)

I've made a couple of dishes to stock up Mum's freezer this morning - curried tuna & veg plus curried sausages w/steamed vegies. Tomorrow I'll do a chicken dish so that she has a bit of variety.

The black ones are from Light & Easy Meals Chookie, Mum has them given to her and she saves them for me.  I just tell her not to reheat the meal in them.  The ceramic ones were a wonderful gift to me from a generous forum member.

Thanks girls, I haven't cooked for 3 weeks so it was nice to spend some time in the kitchen.
