Everything looks delicious Judy.

First go using the airfryer. Made vegetable samosas for lunch. I made the filling in the TMX and then airfryed them. They came out really well but the Philips seems better than the Kogan though as the samosas took 16 minutes to cook, about the same time as my toaster oven. Will give something else a try and if it's no quicker will send it back.

Kyton even my DH loves ours.

I tested a recipe for The 4 Blades magazine today. It is really lovely, however I think my cholesterol was raised by several points tasting it. (Several times of course)

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Was glad to have frozen some of Cookies Chicken pasta bake. Removed from freezer yesterday morning, microwaved for a couple of minutes and finished off in AF. Lovely brown top with crispy bits and soft middle. Served with fresh salad from garden.
Friend gave me some very large pears. Peeled and cored one, added Passionfruit and steamed for 30 minutes in dish in Varoma.

Today, poached another pear in Varoma.  This time in home made Black Berry Liqueur, Ral saysi should dedicate this to CP as shelves our wildBlackberries.
Have also made garlic Mayo, Maddy's  Bacon andPasta Soup. Now potato bread.

It is inspirational to see the food cooked by members. So much variety.

Yes Mab, they were. Made the blackberry Liqueur, not spectacular but nice like this and nice over ice. Think I might poach some apples in it also.

Have just made a potato and Zuchinni flower loaf. It hit the top of the oven. Might have to post in Oops thread.
