Congratulations Kristy. I was wondering how it went. I didn't like to ask in case it hadn't worked out. Our weather certainly hasn't helped with SD making. I can't wait for the next one.

Great loaf Kristy; Chookie you cook so many things in the air fryer that I am seriously thinking of getting one. I don't like putting my oven for something small and there is just the two of us. I will do some lurking around the shops and find out some more and of course look for a good price.

Troupie, if this AF breaks down, I will buy another. Like you there are just the 2 of us most of the time.  It heats  to 200 C in 3 minutes. My oven takes 20 minutes. Today I have baked 3 items in it.
I have just made a very nice soup. Will post the process as it has very few carbs and fat. 99% vegetable and very creamy.

That soup looks lovely - I would love a bowl for dinner tonight.
I made puff pastry for the first time today and used it to make Portuguese custard tarts. I don't know why it's taken me so long to make puff as it was much easier than I anticipated  - I used Helene's excellent recipe for iced puff.
I also made some lime, coconut and blackberry friands, but they were very soft and crumbly and wouldn't come out of the tin without breaking up. Next time I'll just make the lemon and blueberry ones from the forum.

Lovely cooking everyone.

ES, those tarts look so delicious and  Chookie your soup looks so tasty, just right for the colder days.

I was given a very large pumpkin so have made some pumpkin & carrot soup and pumpkin scones.  Still lots of pumpkin left :D

Everyone's cooking looks delicious. Can't remember the last time I had a pumpkin scone - would love one with a bowl of chookie's soup and Portuguese tart to finish off with.  :D
