I've made 7 of these today instead of buying those large chocolate freckles.

Sarah, they are about 18cm across.  There are no biscuits underneath, I just lined a small dinner plate with cling wrap, melted the choclate and poured it in.  Very easy.

I might need to try these for my girls. They're ridiculously expensive to buy, and they love them!

DH loves them too  :-))  and they are over priced for what they are. I'm going to make a lindt chocolate version for him on the weekend.
MAB, you may have started a craze.  :D

I am not posting Nigella's fruit cake as it is more like a pudding.  A shame as it ia gluten free and dairy free.

I made some jam with a little bit of jamsetta to see how it worked as another of my batches really didn't set even though it seemed ready. Still will use it, no problem. I also made some no knead bread.

Not cooking, but made the KFC style coleslaw from the recipe community and it's amazing! I have a Christmas party today and was told an hour ago that I was bringing the coleslaw! So the recipe saved me, and I've been looking for an opportunity to try it anyway. My children won't eat it, so it's wasted on them. I loved KFC coleslaw as a child personally! One year, I got a tub as a birthday treat!

I've only made a batch of muffins for the freezer, DH and I like one with our coffee on the weekends.
SIL gave us 3 crayfish yesterday, so we ate them for lunch with a toss salad, going out for dinner.

I'm loving reading about all the Christmas cooking!
We had a Christmas Party to go to today so I made cupcakes. I think these are some of my favourite :)
