Thanks Judy.
We bought some more very cheap tomatoes yesterday so I'm going to make some more Passata. Hopefully a Banana Bread or cake too.

Lovely cake Denise, with or without the drizzle. What did you decide?

Lovely cake CC.

I'm making a batch of Megan's Tomato Passata this morning.  I haven't tried this before but it sounds good.

CC, that looks very nice. We can buy here some icing sugar type stuff called Snow.  You shake it over the cake and it doesn't go sticky or disappeared into the cake.  Would be perfect over your lovely dark chocolate cake.
I am missing my TMX.  Make cottage pie out of leftover roast pork. It was good practice to use new stove and oven.

Thanks girls :-*
I drizzled the cake with very thin glacé icing Judy. ;)

I have never seen "Snow" icing here Chookie. It would have been perfect for it.I'll see what Mr.Google says to whether I can buy it here ;)

I love that cake tin. I think I'd better dig it out and make something in it. The cake always looks so nice, just like yours CC.

Your cake looks lovely CC I'm so tempted to buy a cake tin like that. We don't eat many cakes, maybe when I retire. I also like the donut tin cookie used for the donut cupcakes.
I've never heard of Snow icing chookie where do you buy it?
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Lovely cake CC. Seems a shame to cover it with icing.
I tried the Maggie beer focaccia that's the recipe of the day on recipe community. It looks good but the taste is nothing special.
