Thanks CC, and Achookwoman.
My fudge tastes so good too, must not eat too much.

Bread looks good, and Julie O, that looks so yummy.

All your food looks lovely. Well done ladies. I haven't done any cooking for over 2 weeks. I am beginning to miss it. We have been eating out for many main meals too.
Tonight we went down to Stokes Hill Wharf for dinner. It is a lovely spot and very relaxing.

By 7am I had made huge batch of Spag Bol sauce on the stove. Way too much for Thermo.
My 3 GK's adore my Spag Bol, so they get a batch every 3 weeks or so. DD freezes it in containers. I picked up a good tip recently that said to add a can of rinsed lentils to stretch it even further. At first I added 1/2 a can to see if oldest GS could taste the difference (he's the fussy one). He didn't so now I add the whole can, along with grated zucchini, carrot and chopped mushrooms. 1kg of mince becomes a large amount.

Kat, it is amazing the amount of veggies that you can hide in Spaghetti Bol.
The Traditional Pizzelle that I cooked yesterday, sealed in zip lock bags have stayed crisp. I used Lo GI sugar and a mix of Avacado and rice bran oil.
Today we are having roasted Turkey wings, mashed potato from garden, silver beet from garden and organic roasted carrots. I cooked the wings yesterday in the SC.

I've made the base to a Cottage Pie this morning but I'm going down to the kids' for tea tonight so will make the mash and finish it off tomorrow.

Spag Bol is a Mother's best friend Katj and if Grandma cooks her up a big bunch it is even better LOL.

Still no cooking here. We went to another Model A'ers camp for dinner we had to supply sweets. I bought a decorated pavlova in Woolies. It felt so wrong. It was quite nice.
