Wow they are impressive chookie.
Last week I made brioche rolls, cherry nut cookies, hokey pokey biscuits and jelly cakes.

Yesterday cream buns, finger buns, lamingtons and carrot cake for the Election Day cake stall.

Fantastic selection there Kimmy.  I especially like the look of the brioche and cream buns.  Are the recipes on the forum please?

Chookie, those pop overs look amazing.  :D

Wonderful cooking Kimmy.

Yesterday I was given a supermarket bag each of oranges, lemons & limes so spent the morning juicing them.

Today I have made two more bread sticks, a tuna pasta bake and a large pot of pumpkin soup.  These are for lunch and dinner tomorrow when the GC arrive.

I re cooked my jam today. It is much better now. DD made a lovely vanilla slice. You mix everything together and as it bakes it separates into a pastry layer, custard and cake on top. It tastes wonderful.

The vanilla slice is really nice. DD took most of it to work but we did have some last night. It is very easy to make.
