It looks tasty Margaret. Here are the photos of my cooking today.
Lemon and Yoghurt Buttercake from Tenina's site, baguettes ( that look weird) and were steamed for 10 minutes in the Varoma and mini quiches.

Mab, leave it out for a day and it may set up.
Baked a bought Pizza, absolutely awful. Spent the day in the garden so no time or energy to cook dinner. Although did make corn fritters for lunch.
Cookie, you have been busy. All sounds very nice.

Jams are always tasty from the thermomix.
The weird baguettes are lovely. The texture is totally different to everyday bread. DH remarked how nice they were this morning and how the bit I hadn't frozen had stayed fresh. I never cease to be amazed at how many ways flour, water and yeast can be put together to create.

I made my almost instant Apple pie tonight and thought I would share a tip from Tenina regarding pastry. The last two times I have made it, I have put it in the freezer for an hour or so before baking. I think all pastry benefits from being shocked from cold to hot. Crispy and delicious.

I agree with Cookie as I tried the Artisian bread recipe from the baking blogger website
http://thermomixbakingblogger.com/thermomix-artisan-bread/
. It is baked in a hot Dutch oven which results in a crusty loaf, and uses molasses which gives the crumb a lovely golden colour. I'm really happy with the loaf.

The bread looks wonderful ES. I'm going to give it a try, I just can't resist.
Bedlam that is a great hint. I always refrigerate my pastry but will try the freezer in future.
