Everyone's been busy cooking.  Love the fudge Robyn and your cake was stunning Jamberie.  I've been baking for footy coach hampers and I channeled my inner Maddy for a pink week breast cancer fundraiser at netball (we raised over $1000). Finger buns, jelly cakes and Oreo cupcakes.

Lovely Kimmy. ;)  ( love channeling Maddy)

A fudge kettle is a special very expensive machine to make fudge.
its about 2 foot high, very heavy.
i don't have to have a commercial kitchen, as I only use this one machine to do everything.. :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Thanks Robyn. So many states have different laws for all sorts of things. I must google fudge kettle.

Cooking nothing today, in Melb all day.
In Victoria, anything sold( food ) has to come from a registered kitchen and the people who produce the food have to pass a course.
There was quite a lot of discussion about the SD crumpets that I donate to the Farmers market. It was decided that as I wasn't selling them, it was ok. The same about the jam.
People who rum B and B in Victoria must pass all the rules, if they provide food.
Also we are not supposed to provide food to the Fire Fighters. That is the law, but the fire fighters think differently.

Victoria and WA are similar then Chookie. When we have bad fires here you can donate food to a specific place and they will take it to the fire fighters. It has to be fruit cake, Anzacs or similar things that don't go stale quickly.

What a massive amount of fudge, Robyn!

I like the look of the vege strata Chookie.

I got just about all my planned cooking done over the weekend.  I made the aquafaba mayo for the egg salad but it looked a bit as though it curdled by the time I served the salad, although it tasted OK so I reckon I would call it a "win - win" for aquafaba.

Marina, I think you would like the Strata.
Can't imagine why the Aquafaba Mayo would curdled.  What salad did you add it to?
I put it into the egg salad, Chookie.  The curdled look was strange but, as I said, the taste was OK.

Kim, what an amazing lot of baking, I am envious of your talent, also yours, Robyn, everything you do always looks and sounds great.  I love to bake but don't do so often as, if it is in the house, we will eat it but also my oven is a wreck and I even though I turn the temperature down by 20 degrees and turn things every 10 minutes, I still end up with burnt food.  I was looking at getting a new oven a couple of months ago, but decided against it for the time being.

I have to bake on Friday for the pony club gymkhana this weekend,  I was so happy. :)
Something I can do, and enjoy at the same time.

Wow, everyone's cooking looks so yummy!  :-*

I made 3 large meatloaf pizzas (enough for each to be a dinner for the family with leftovers for the lunchboxes the next day)  :)
1 batch of pineapple muffins
1 batch of chocolate & coconut muffins (which no one liked  :-[ )
1 lemon and blueberry cake
& hardboiled some eggs
:D
