Fabulous cooking everyone. 8)
I found frozen cranberries in my freezer and it made 3 jars Cranberry sauce.  I also cooked a ham.

Mornay sauce Judy.  Apple auto correct has been at it again.
I used Awesome Cheese sauce recipe , but put in only 100 g of cheese.

Cooked the turkey roll, made the cauliflower and cheese sauce (ditto  awesome cheese sauce), made a tomato & onion casserole.  Peeled some of the vegetables ready for tomorrow.

I did the salads and desserts for tomorrow. I also made some cacao nib shortbread. They smell delicious.

I had a real home grown meal.
2 egg omelet stuffed with wilted spinach from the garden. I put a spoonful of Awesome cheese sauce under the spinach. Delicious.

No cooking today or possibly tomorrow. Although all the lovely baking books I have received I can't wait to make a start.
