I like Worcestershire sauce on fish. I also put a good slurp into mince dishes.
Good news about your SD Robyn.  I have just made some rye starter and will turn it into dough tonight and it can rise in the fridge overnight.

I have one of Yoke's rye SD loaves rising at the moment and I have made a rye bread from thermomixblogger's book too. I'm not impressed with it at the moment as it is VERY stiff. It may be better after it has risen and cooked.
This is the rye bread from Sophia's book. DH and I have just cut it. I made a mistake when I put it in the banetton, I put the seam at the bottom instead of the top. As you can see it has opened up!!! I will know better next time.
The flavour is lovely.

Cookie, doesn’t really matter about the seam, still looks good.   Love Rye bread, especially with caraway seeds.

Have made 25 jars of jam so far.  Various sizes. Plum and raspberry and mixed berrry and plum.
Peaches next.  Having a rest in between.
Made crepes for lunch. Filled with ham ,asparagus , sour cream and Dijon mustard, cheese grilled on top.
Then crepes with new raspberry and plum jam and cream.

How is the sourdough Robyn?
?? Also.
Washing removing labels and steralising the jars is the worst part of making jam.
The Peach and Pineapple has a very delicate flavour.
Today will try Peach and Ginger.
Picked another basket of Cherry Plums. Think I might make Chillli Plum sauce and Chinese plum sauce.
So far the Raspberry and Plum is the stand out.
I can’t stop thinking of CC and her Seville oranges.
