Ohh, I haven't had a cream puff in years Chookie, yours look so good  :P

I'm going to make these vegetarian burgers on Friday (DD coming down overnight to take GS back home) so I'm soaking the black beans overnight tonight and will cook them in my PC tomorrow in readiness.  Looking forward to trying one of these, hope they are nice.  :D

One of my favourite treats Chookie, my SIL makes beauties.
Julie are you going to cook the onion before adding it to the burgers?

Judy I thought I'd cook the onions, garlic and the chilli.  Will only use 1 of the chillies and maybe only a half.  Will add half first off and if I think we could tolerate a bit hotter, will add the other half.  We're not big chilli fans but do like a bit of spice/flavour just not the heat.  Will  see what it's like and go from there.  :D

Mab, yes they are CC recipe. I think it is my favourite recipe from the Forum.  I find they reheat to crisp very well in the AF. Read all the reports as these can be handy.  Mine always look a bit rough but taste fab. I make a big split in the side to let the steam out and if your eggs are on the small side, add another one. I’m glad you are enjoying your new oven and trying new recipes.
After 2 days of Pork Belly, something very light today.  Salad roll for lunch and won ton soup for Dinner.

DH turns 70 tomorrow (he is my toy boy 😀) so we are going out with friends this morning as they can’t make tomorrow.
I may cook or sleep this afternoon.

Happy very special Birthday to Cookies Toy Boy. Best wishes from Ral and Chookie.  We will always be grateful for him picking us at the Airport.  To say nothing of Cookie rocketing through the crowd.
Today I have made 9 jars of Marmalade, surprise biscuits with pistachios and Cardamon , a no fuss loaf, and an overnight SD loaf.

DH the tomboy says thanks.
I have made a Classic Loaf today as we needed bread, a Cobb loaf with chia, some bread rolls and a butter cake for the birthday cake. DH has requested no icing on the cake which suits me. I thought I would be a smarty pants with the rolls and cook them with a cannoli tube in them. Then we could put the sausage in there. It worked fine, except the hole isn’t big enough for the sausage.
