Judy, added a bit of Parmesan and topped tomatoes. Baked in AF. Use it anywhere you would top with brad crumbs.

I made some Peanut Butter Jam biscuits yesterday. I scraped the bowl and it was so very nice. I will post the recipe.

Marina, yes that’s the one.  I added walnuts, wish I had added cherries as it is very dark. It smells delicious.  Probably because I used Ral’s best Brandy.  :o :o :o :o No cooking today.

I’ve made a stockpot full of chicken soup, (13 serves), I used the Thermomix to chop the veggies very small plus a dish of cauli/broccoli au gratin.

I found some whisky in the pantry that DH was given about 10 years ago. It's Chiver's Regal. I don't know if its any good but we don't drink whisky so ;it will be in the Christmas things.
I made a loaf of bread that had very little yeast in it. It looks good. I will post the link to the recipe if it tastes ok. We don't need bread but I love trying new recipes.

The bread I made today has a lovely flavour. I used my Kitchen Aid to knead it today but next time I will definitely use the thermomix.

Judy, that  is a lot of soup. Maybe you can something to it as you go to give you a bit of variety.
Cookie, that looks very nice.
I made a loaf in the bread machine and it didn’t work out.

The bread is still very nice today. I will definitely be making it again.
Thanks for the whisky info Judy. I’ve just had a look at The Guardian Chocolate Christmas cake and it looks delicious. We hope to go away for 4 nights next week so may make it to take.
I’m making a fruit loaf today and some butternut biscuit custard tarts.
