The cookies sound delicious Marina. Is the recipe on here?
This may be it, I think I will make these anyway, they sound delicious. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3618.msg44263#msg44263
This is the recipe I used, Cookie  https://www.tinnedtomatoes.com/2019/12/easy-vegan-peanut-butter-chocolate-chip-cookies.html.  Very easy and straightforward to make with only 4 ingredients and less than 30 minutes from start to mouth!!

Some nice cooking ladies.  Cookie I have seen the recipe for those onions on the internet and am tempted to make them for DS

On Saturday I made a pot of pumpkin soup and then made some vegan cupcakes for GD.  After making the first lot I realized I had used cows milk in the recipe instead of almond milk so had to make another lot.  Both lots went home with the family and have all been eaten now.

Thanks for your recipe Cookie.  The one I have came from Taste of Home an American site, it is similar to yours but only uses 1 onion.

This morning I have made another pot of vegetable soup, we seem to be eating a lot of soup lately.  Also made some Chow Mein.

I made this RC chilli chutney today (thanks Katie for the heads up on this one) to use up some frozen chillies I will never use. I’m sure my sons-in-law will appreciate a jar in a few months when it has matured. https://www.recipecommunity.com.au/sauces-dips-spreads-recipes/aunty-lexies-chilli-chutney/23u3t7is-7a57c-743016-cfcd2-zkszhkjj

Worcestershire sauce certainly clears the sinuses, doesn't it Mab!  If I am making it I make it in the summer when I can open all the windows and doors

I’ve made Thermobexta’s Veggie Lasagne and some pumpkin soup for the kids who will be over from Melbourne next week. Great reviews on the lasagne so I hope meat loving SIL will enjoy it too. https://www.thermobexta.com.au/thermobextas-very-vege-lasagne/. Topping is no where near as dark as it looks in the photo.

KAtie I bought my jars in Big W many years ago. They have metal lids as well but I didn’t use them as I felt the vinegar may cause them to rust.
Today I made Katie’s Cheese and Chilli bread. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=14275.0
And a vanilla cake.

Made another batch of peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies for morning tea for the staff as it is stock take weekend here.  The cookies disappeared very quickly once again ... everyone wanted the recipe so I feel quite chuffed that I seem to have stumbled onto a consistently winning recipe

I hope the stock taking went well Marina.
No cooking here today. We had a car club meeting earlier today.
