I haven’t tried that one Judy. I guess it depends what you put in it. I made the one on Cookidoo the other day. It has 50g of Parmesan added at the end.

Yes I suppose they’re all muchy muchcy cookie, this one was really easy as I usually roast my veggies first. This will last me ages as I use more bought liquid chicken stock than VSC. When DD1 is over I have to use veg stock though so it’s good to have on hand.

I usually make the EDC one (how old-fashioned!) and it certainly doesn't look appetising, but I find it to work just fine.  I occasionally try some other combinations but always come back to this one

This is the first time I have varied from the EDC one. It’s a good one.
I made Chookie’s Rum and Raisin Banana Cake. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=15376.0

I use the original Vegetable stock paste but only ever use 75 gms Murray pink salt flakes ,andwould always be green as add a bunch of parsley or whatever herbs like a fresh bay leaf or two of our tree . Really I always add the vegetable peels the celery ends , just use up all the scraps and lots of moisture vegetables like zucchini. The best in winter is a purple carrot it changes the colour but so adds to the flavour . (This is only when I come across them ) . I use it fir everything, or give a jar to a friend . The chicken stock paste is the best too .

Nothing made here.
I went up into the hills to a friends place today as she wanted guidance and help making bagels. You forget how much you do naturally until someone says ‘why did you do that?’ We also made thermabexta’s scrolls. I think they have hidden veggies in. They weren’t my favourite thing in the world.

I made some pickled red onion this morning. On Wednesday I bought a basil plant. It was the same price as a bunch of Basil. I planted it today and trimmed it back. I then made some cashew pesto with the leaves.

I made some Cinnamon scrolls. I used Chookie’s No Fuss recipe as the basis.  I used 3 teaspoons of yeast instead of 2. I replaced a tiny bit of the water with a goos squirt of molasses. I added about 1/2-3/4 cup sultanas to the dough in the last minute of kneading. When the dough had risen I rolled it out and put melted butter over all of it. I then sprinkled around 1/2 cup brown sugar, mixed with 3 teaspoons cinnamon over it and rolled it up from the long end. I used kitchen string to slice the scrolls. I baked them at 200° for 15 minutes. They aren’t too sweet. It made 15 scrolls. As you can see a lot are missing.
