HaaHaa, can relate Cookie.  Happens here too, can't stand Port (sorry anyone who supports them), but I barrack for two teams in the AFL - Crows and any team playing Port!

I better leave now.......  ;D

I'm glad I'm not the only horrid person.  Thanks JulieO

Nice work maddy - some happiness in sleepy hollow.  Shame about the pussies !

It certainly wasn't sleepy hollow here last night thermomixer!  Hubby was screaming his head off at the  t.v.......and I wont even repeat what he was calling Josh Hunt  ;)

Thanks for your lovely comments.  They are very, very rich cupcakes so there's quite a few left.  I'll recycle them for Fathers Day  ;)

It was meant in a nice way JulieO.

Laqst night we had steamed chinese buns and so far today have made the filling for the Beef and Guiness Pie we're having for tea, and the pastry for it, and cherry icecream (not for tonight) and later will do some creamed rice and cook up some frozen berries to go with it. Hopefully the pumpkin and chorizo pie gets made tonight too.

Tonight for Fathers' Day I served up Moussaka (GF book), pizza, parmesan crumbed chicken tenderloins, Chookies rolls and from the freezer for dessert, Carrot Halwa slice and Raspberry brownies with evaporated milk ice-cream.

I'm thrilled, my Cherry Icecream hasn't set really hard. After freezing overnight it is still quite easy to scoop out. It had booze in it and 2 tablespoons of glucose syrup. ;D ;D ;D

I made nut butter chocolate swirl brownies today (converted to healthier ingredients) and they're delicious! Also nut butter, almond milk, and nut butter-banana protein shakes!  Making lentil bolognaise for dinner with spelt pasta.  And going to make the Artisan bread dough.

I started the Artisan bread dough last night and moved on to adding all the other ingredients this morning. I was amazed at how much it rose over night with only 1/8th teaspoon of yeast. I was glad I had 2 bowls as I was able to mill the wholemeal and rye flours in the other bowl. It is looking lovely.

Will do. It is an adaption from the Masterchef magazine. I fiddled around a bit and not all was done on the TMX, but will give it a go.

My DH will be coming home from work tonight  :D(Its been nearly 2 weeks since I saw him last) so am making him something yummy. Making Beef casserole and steamed veggies in the Varoma (from the budget busters) but instead of Dumplings I’m going to make yummy crusty Foccacia. It’s a bit wintery here today so casserole will be great! ;D

The artisan bread is out and very tasty. I've got a lot of small rolls rising from Chookie's easy white bread dough.
The slow cooker is working here today as it is actually sort of raining.
