Just pumpkin and cauliflower soup for dinner. The Age newspaper has a cooking feature of green and gold snacks to eat while watching the Matilda’s tonight. Several look good. Might give one a go tomorrow.

I'm making a seeded bread from Cookidoo. Last time I made it I used my ipad for the recipe. this time I used the guided cooking. Fortunately I realised that they had left both the rye flour and wholemeal flour out in the guided cooking., I wanted to do Classic bread but I was out too much today to do it.

This is the gold and green soup to eat while watching the Matildas, and the mini spring rolls cooked in the sausage roll machine.

Yummy food. I made some longish rolls to have chicken burgers in today. Also the steamed pudding from the Retro collection in Cookidoo and the Boston Bun. All very tasty.

Great baking cookie.
I’ve made Lemon & Thyme Pork Schnitzel (Hairy Bikers recipe), mashed potato & gravy and a veggie au gratin dish to drop off to the kids when they arrive shortly. SIL absolutely loves mashed potato!

Yesterday I made some spinach & ricotta cannelloni for dinner tonight and with the left over filling I made some filo parcels for the freezer.
I have a half mix of the boston bun rising at the moment.

That is so sweet of her Chookie. I know you would do the same for her. I made some jam drops yesterday and made a cherry jam for the filling using chia and very little sugar. I have heaps of the jam left so I will just HAVE to eat it. The only sweetener is 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and it's very nice.
