My whole family thanks you, Quirkycooking!! The chocolate is sooo good. The only trouble is that all 3 of my boys and DH love it. They are on rations of 1-2 pieces a day!!! It's not going to last long at this rate! It's expensive but worth it. I might make some more when the kids are back at school and not tell them and put it in the freezer! I won't tell if you don't!!!
I used rapadura and it was quite sweet. Might try it with nuts next time. Do you still use the sugar or do you use the agave? Actually, maybe I should do the chilli so the kids won't want any, hahaha!
Thank you thank you thank you.

Today I made cookies and cream fudge (using rapadura sugar - yum!!), two batches of the tomato sauce from MWOC, cyndi's vegetarian sausage rolls, and for dinner we had nico moretti's thai chilli chicken and basil - thanks to JD for posting this one!

Easy cooking day today.  I've started of the marmalade - as in the oranges are in water in the oven!  We're also out of mayo so I shall make some of that later.

Baking day tomorrow.  I'm seriously getting into making all my own bread.  I've started making a sponge now and I ordered some fresh yeast from ebay yesterday (it came today) and I've found a local bakery that also sells fresh yeast.  Generally speaking, Monday and Friday are going to be bread baking days and I'll make probably three loaves each time and freeze a couple.  I've converted a couple of recipes to the TM that I really must post ....

So far today, i have made mango lassi, coffee syrup(with coffee brewed from my coffee machine), brownie milk and popcorn brunch bars.  I was about to make Isi's cream cheese, but when i looked in the fridge, i had all ingredients except i was short of butter, so it looks as if i'll have to go to the shops!

That's great that you all liked the chocolate, hools!!  Yes, just keep it in the freezer and they might forget about it and you can eat it slowly...  :D

I usually use Rapadura, because I like the flavour better than with agave - but try it and see what you think.  Sometimes I use a bit of both, and that's nice too.  :)  I do love the chilli-cinnamon version!

My friend tried it with chopped up Naked Ginger in it, and she says it was amazing - been meaning to try that too!

Over the past week I have virtually been living out of the freezer, using pre-cooked meals and bits and pieces of leftovers to create other meals with very little effort.
We have had isi's pasta using ham (2 meals), fried rice with vegies & prawns,  Johnro's macaroni beef (2 meals), Jo's spiced chicken(mine was turkey) & veg sausage roll and today I had to come up with something to use up 320g of CP63's spicy pumpkin pasties filling mixture. I sauteed some vegies from a fridge clean out, added the pumpkin mixture along with 1/2 can tuna I found in the freezer and layered that along with a freshly made batch of cheese sauce in a lasagne - at least 3 meals out of that one. I have to be making inroads into my clearout but just checking my freezer inventory, there are at least another 6 meals before I am done and can start afresh.

I am trying to make my 1st batch of yogurt...kids love it and eat loads so am hoping for the best. Going to make Lasagna for dinner tonight. :D

Today I've made yoghurt, pizza dough (to make pizza scrolls and freeze), grated cheese, made LTMs, and I'm making Isi's Pasta in the Oven for dinner.

I was also going to make Brazen's Carrot Cakes and some Cookies & Cream Icecream but maybe we'll see how we go.  Might make them later I'm a bit pooped!!  I'm trying to stock the freezer before the baby arrives but it's quite warm here in Tassie today and it seems to be sapping my energy!

Tonight  i used up leftover roast beef and made frittas, using that and veges.

I have been cooking for Mum and Dad for the last 3 nights, to save them aswell.  Its just as easy to cook extra and deliver.

Came back from the shops and made Isi's cream cheese, cottage rolls (absolutely yummo) frozen mango bars(RoxyS i think),and for dinner i have made Thai chicken Patties from Meat on the menu, i think... well i copied it roughly from mums book but really chucked in my own amounts etc.. as you do!
The brownie milk got responses from my 13 year old... Mum, this tastes just like the real thing!...can't get much higher praise, hey?

Johnro's Gourmet Beef Casserole is on the menu for this evening and will have to make another cake as the Brownies have all been eaten. There is so much choice I can't decide what to cook. :D

Isi's crossants - half with chocolate in them, half plain.  I ate 2 plain ones for lunch with cheese - yum :)

And some chocolate biscuits from the forum - can't remember who posted them sorry - I didn't cook them, just rolled up the dough and popped it in the freezer.

Tomorrow I'm making the Chicken Kievs, or maybe the Chicken Cordon Bleus from the forum too.  My sister has just moved back to Tassie from Perth so I have to show off my new appliance that she has heard so much about!
