Yes CP63 I did post a recipe for whoopee pies with marshmallow in. This was an entire little WW book of whoopee pies. They looked yum.
Today have made the sourdough bread (non TMX) and just put a Zucchini Cake in the oven.

Today have made the sourdough bread (non TMX)

Are you happy with how it turned out? I'm going to book myself in to this class. You've inspired me to shake, rattle & roll.  :D

Yes I am. It is quite small in size because I divided the dough up and put it into 2 tins and I think I should have left it in one. The taste is fine. DH even remarked that it was 'edible.' :-))

Isi's chocolate puddings, pita breads (Cyndi O'Meara's recipe) and some cookies & cream icecream.  Mmmm, yum yum.

I made them TOO thick - they were more like pizza bases.  But they were tasty!!

LMT, I found this recipe for flapjacks which look nothing like our pancakes.  Perhaps CC would like to post her recipe & her take on the difference between flapjacks & pancakes.

http://www.bestrecipes.com.au/recipe/Almond-and-Honey-Flapjacks-L4379.html
Flapjacks are a very sweet chewy biscuit that will be adored by a sweet tooth person, like myself. :D :D Mine were made with just four ingredients:butter, brown sugar, golden syrup and oats.
Flapjacks
150g butter
150g brown sugar
2 x15ml golden syrup
250g porridge oats
This is what I did but you could do it all in the TM.
Put a bowl on top of the TM lid and weigh in the porridge oats.Set aside.
Place microwavable bowl on top of the TM and weigh in the butter, sugar and golden syrup.
Melt these three ingredients in the microwave until the butter melts and the sugar has dissolved.(All microwaves vary so this timing will be different)In my microwave it took 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds.
Add the reserved porridge oats to the bowl.Stir until everything is well coated with the "syrup".
Press the mixture into a lined baking tin( I used a 18cmx28cm tin) and bake in an oven 180c(160c fan forced) for 20-30 minutes.By mistake I left time for the full 30 minutes and they were a little crunchy so next time I will reduce the time.
Let cool a little, then cut the mixture with a knife into potions before it sets. Then allow to cool completely tin the tin.

Just made more raspberry cordial. Then I'm eating out for lunch so it's steamed fish and oven baked chips for dinner.

Today I have made another batch of Lemonade from the EDC, stewed some apricots, made a cheat's version of French Custard, a batch of crepes (20) so that we could have some leftover Honey Mustard Chicken filling in crepes for lunch.

Kids are in bed and asleep and DH is out in the shed ...... I have the kitchen to myself, and so I am going on an ice-cream making binge - firstly the Not Quite Nigella Caramelised Banana icecream (the bananas and caramel sauce are in the oven right now and smell wonderful!), and then the salted caramel maple icecream. And then I think I will make a batch of the spices for Chookies KFC coating - I have not tried that one out yet and am dying to try it!
