Don't you just love new bread tins O2K.  Gorgeous little boy you have there, looks like he is enjoying his soup too.

What great pictures Andrea, your DS is gorgeous. :)
Yes Judydawn I will be sharing the recipes. But I need to weigh the ingredients as they are in cup measurements and also write down the process. I made the Sausage rolls, Chocolate crunch, Banana Cake and kiss biscuits from my own recipes.
Yes please to the chocolate crunch recipe Dede :-* :-*

He is gorgeous, and such thick eyelashes! Is your Chocalate Crunch recipe similar to the Weetbix Slice?

Thanks everyone.  Yes, he's a bit of a cutie and definitely scored well in the eyelash department :D

I, too, am absolutely grateful he loves soup.  It's one of the few ways he willingly eats veggies, so we try to have soup at least once a week.

Mmmm, fascinated by this Chocolate Crunch bizzo too.  Looking forward to the recipe Dede.

Today I've made pastry filo tarts.

I layered filo pastry in a muffin tin and used a cheese ham and leek mixture loosely based on Cookie1's zucchini quiche.

I was hoping that the children might like them so I could put them in their lunch boxes.  Mixed reaction - initially loved them and then one said he didn't like the tomato in it - why he couldn't pull it out I don't know!

We're having Judy's beef and beer. It's easy in the van and I'll cook it outside to keep the van cool. I'm going to add potato and carrot to the meat.

lucky you Quirky.   today I had a bread day.  made 12 small round rolls in muffin tin to fill with JD's curry mince.  good one Judy.  then a bit of experimenting with Garlic Bread.  No fuss recipe, dough stretched out over Thermomix mat  Spread with butter in which 4 cloves of garlic were crushed, then a good spread of grated cheese.   Rolled up but not cut.   placed in bread tin and slashed top.  some butter and cheese oozed out.  Adding to look and taste. very successful. then a loaf for general use.  also made some Malt biscuits.( posted recipe)

I made a chicken pie using up the chicken from the balsamic chicken bake, and the other leftovers in the fridge.Worked very well with Cookie's Cream Cheese Pastry( that pastry is a dream to work with) and a gravy recipe from the Recipe Community. Also made for my lunch VHJ Thai Sweet Potato and Lentil soup, still in love with that recipe. ;D
